Businesses with several locations
One review overview for every location
We monitor the profiles you select on ten platforms, including Google, Trustpilot, Booking.com and Tripadvisor, alert you to new reviews and unusual waves, and keep approvals and case history in one record. Head office keeps the overview, and local teams keep the local knowledge. The platform makes the final decision on every report.
Free and without obligation.
How it works across locations
Decide what to protect
A protected profile is one public page of a business or branch on one platform. Each platform counts separately, so count your branches on each.
Agree who looks after what
Decide who looks after each location and who steps in when something serious appears. On Growth and higher plans, a negative review can become a task for the right manager.
Keep reporting consistent
Head office sees reviews, approvals, reports and outcomes in one record. Each report still needs a specific rule and its own evidence.
See what is working
On Growth and higher plans, you see results by platform and type of review, with case counts.
What to have ready
- A list of locations and their public profile links
- Who owns replies at each location
- Who approves reports centrally
- Your tone of voice for replies
- Records you could check if a review is disputed, for the right branch and dates
What you can rely on
- We monitor ten platforms and assess and report on Google and Trustpilot. Your plan sets how many platforms you can use.
- Every report stands on its own facts, however many locations you have.
- Your platform passwords stay with you.
- We promise one clear record for head office, with every report and outcome in it.

Common questions
Does one plan cover every review site?
It depends on the plan. You choose up to 2 platforms on Essential, 4 on Growth, 8 on Portfolio and all 10 on Enterprise.
What happens when we go over a limit?
Nothing increases automatically and monitoring never stops. A new profile stays off until you agree, and extra assessments wait for next month unless you buy more.
How quickly do you assess a review?
Our target for a first assessment is within 2 working days, or 1 working day on Growth and Portfolio. Enterprise targets are agreed by contract.
