Suspicious Google reviews

Think a Google review is fake? Check the facts first.

We compare the review with Google’s policies, tell you what evidence is still missing and prepare a focused report for your approval when a specific rule applies. Start by checking your records: a missing order on its own may not prove anything. Google makes the final decision.

Free and without obligation.

What to do first

Verify the business and the period

Check that your records cover the right brand, location, country and dates. Customers book under another name, use a partner’s account or visit a different branch. If you recognise the customer, the review is a complaint to answer, and a reply will serve you better than a report.

Save the link and the context

Save the direct link, the date and a screenshot now, because reviewers can change their reviews later. Note what you checked and where you looked, so nobody has to do it twice.

Report one specific problem

Google requires reviews to reflect a real experience and does not allow reviews based on a conflict of interest. A clear report names one rule and shows why it applies. We help you build that report, or tell you honestly that the facts are not there.

Evidence worth collecting

  • Booking, order or visit records for the branch and dates in question
  • Other names or accounts the customer might have used
  • The direct link and a dated screenshot
  • Details in the review that do not match your business, such as a service you do not offer
  • Any sign of a personal or business tie to the reviewer, such as earlier messages

What you can rely on

  • We call a review fake only when the evidence supports it, which protects you from an accusation that backfires.
  • We work only with your records and the platform’s own tools, and we leave reviewers alone.
  • If the customer turns out to be real, you hear it from us, and we help you reply.
  • We make one promise: your strongest evidence, prepared for Google’s official form.

Common questions

Should I report every review I cannot match to an order?

No. First check that your records are complete and cover the right location and period. A review with no matching order can still come from a real customer.

Can you find out who wrote it?

No, and we will not try. Trying to unmask a reviewer can create problems for you. If a legal route is ever needed, an independent lawyer can advise you.

What if I am sure it is fake but have no proof?

Tell us what makes you sure. An analyst can point to what could support it. If nothing can, you get a reply draft that puts your side calmly for other readers.

Start with one review.

Check it and find out what can be done. When you want all your profiles looked after, we will take it from there.
