ReviShield

Review assessment and filing for brands

Every review gets a verdict. On the record.

We check each review against the platform’s published rules. If there is a basis, we prepare and file a request. Only the platform decides.

When there is no basis, you hear it from us first, in writing, with the rule and what to do instead.

No sign-up. The result appears on screen and needs no contact details.

Case RS-SAMPLE1Sample

Exampleton Dental · Google

“Don’t waste your time here. Call Smile Bright on 555-0100 instead and quote SMILE20 for 20% off.”
Rule
Google Maps content policy: advertising and solicitation
Finding
Promotes another business. Phone number and discount code in the text.
Evidence
Captured before filing · URL · SHA-256 7f3a…c21e
Next
Filing pack goes to you for approval. A named person files it in Google’s own tool.
VerdictStrong basisOn the record
Only the platform decides.
Case RS-SAMPLE2Sample

Exampleton Dental · Trustpilot

“Charged me twice for a filling I never had. Nobody here answers the phone.”
Rule
Trustpilot guidelines: not based on a genuine experience
Finding
Customer relationship check: not testable. No records supplied for the period.
Evidence
Missing: booking and payment records
Next
We ask you for the records. Nothing is filed until they exist. A match closes this ground.

Only the platform decides.
Case RS-SAMPLE3Sample

Exampleton Dental · Google

“Waited 40 minutes past my appointment and nobody explained why. The dentist was kind, but I won’t rush back.”
Rule
Google: disagreeing with a review is not a reason to report it
Finding
A real complaint, told respectfully. The policy allows it.
Evidence
Nothing to file
Next
Written closure with the rule cited, a reply draft and steps to resolve the complaint.
VerdictNo removal basisOn the record
Only the platform decides.

The verdicts

Three possible verdicts. All of them in writing.

A person reads the review, compares it with the rules the platform publishes and signs one of three verdicts, with a single ground and the reasoning behind it.

VerdictStrong basisOn the record

What it means

The review appears to break a specific published rule, and we can show why.

What happens next

We prepare a filing pack: the text, one ground, the evidence, the link. You check it and approve. A named person files it in the platform’s own tool and keeps the confirmation.

VerdictNeeds evidenceOn the record

What it means

There may be a basis, but the facts are not documented yet.

What happens next

We tell you exactly what is missing, such as booking records for the period. Nothing is filed until it exists. If your records recognise the customer, that ground is closed.

VerdictNo removal basisOn the record

What it means

A real opinion about a real experience. Harsh is allowed. Expect this verdict often.

What happens next

We close the case in writing and cite the rule. You get a reply draft and steps to resolve the complaint. It uses an assessment, not your filing capacity.

The shield

What you have even when nothing is removed

The monthly fee pays for watching, judgement and preparation. None of it depends on a review disappearing, which is why we can tell you no without losing anything by it.

Watch

  • Shield MonitorAll plansEvery new or changed review on your protected profiles, with alerts. It keeps running even if you go over a plan limit.
  • Attack RadarAll plansSpots waves of reviews, repeated wording and patterns across profiles and platforms. An attack is one incident, outside all limits, and never charged per review.

Judge

  • Policy EngineAll plansChecks a review against the platform’s published rules for your country, names the one ground that may apply and lists the evidence it would need.
  • ProofMatchPortfolio and upPrivately compares a review with your own records. A match closes the “no genuine experience” ground. No match is only a signal for the analyst and proves nothing about the reviewer.

Respond

  • Response StudioAll plansReply drafts in your brand’s tone and the customer’s language, checked before anything goes out. You approve each one.
  • Recovery RouterGrowth and upTurns a negative review into a task for the right manager and tracks the fix. Resolving a complaint is never conditional on the review being withdrawn.
  • Fair Review CaptureGrowth and upNeutral review requests to all your customers, by QR code, NFC and direct links. No filtering of happy customers and no incentives.

  • Legal Partner DeskAll plansDocumented cases that need legal judgement go to an independent lawyer, by country and platform. The lawyer deals with you directly. No automatic letters.

The path of a case

Automation prepares. People decide.

Software collects and sorts. It has no way to file anything with a platform.

Straight answers

Can you get a negative review removed?

Only the platform can remove a review, and it does so only when the review breaks its rules or the law. We assess the review and, if there is a basis, prepare and file a request. We cannot promise an outcome, and nobody honestly can.

What am I paying for if nothing is removed?

The monthly shield: monitoring, human assessments, reply drafts, attack response and case capacity. A further fee applies only when a specific review we filed against is verifiably removed.

Will you contact the person who wrote the review?

No. We do not contact reviewers and we do not try to identify anonymous ones. If identifying an author ever becomes necessary, that is for a lawyer, through a court.

Which platforms do you cover?

We assess and file on Google and Trustpilot first. Other platforms join only after a person has read their official rules into our register.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We never store platform passwords. Where access is needed, you invite us to a manager role, we record your consent and you can revoke it at any time.

Is this legal advice?

No. Anything that needs legal judgement, such as a defamation claim or a pre-action letter, goes to an independent lawyer who deals with you directly at a fixed price. We take no commission.
