# Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review. This text is not yet binding and may change.

## The service

ReviShield is a subscription service for businesses. We monitor protected profiles, assess reviews against the platforms’ published rules, draft replies and, where there is a basis, prepare requests that a named person files in the platform’s own tool. We do not provide services to consumers.

## What we do not promise

Only the platform decides. We do not promise that any review will be removed, and we do not promise a date for a decision. We may refuse any case, in writing, when there is no basis.

## What we need from you

You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business. Before each filing you state what you have checked and approve the request. We do not file if we know a statement is false. You do not ask us to use any method listed on our refusal page.

## Plans and limits

Plans, limits and over-limit rules are those on the pricing page when you subscribe. Nothing increases automatically. Monitoring continues over any limit. An attack incident does not consume limits and is not charged per review.

## Success fees

A success fee applies under the rules on the pricing page: one URL, once per network, when the filing was recorded before the review disappeared and the proof is class A or B. You see the price before filing. Every invoice links to its evidence record. Success fees do not apply in jurisdictions where we have disabled them.

## Ending the service

Essential has a 3-month minimum. There are no exit penalties. If you cancel or downgrade, running cases finish at the price quoted at filing and no new filings are made. Cancelling does not cancel a fee already running inside its window. We will never threaten to restore content for non-payment.

## Access and passwords

We never store platform passwords. Where access is needed, you invite us to a role, and we remove our access within 7 working days of the end of the service.

## Legal matters

We do not give legal advice. Matters that need legal judgement go to an independent lawyer, who deals with you directly at a fixed price. We take no commission. Governing law, liability and dispute terms will be stated here after legal review.
