It keeps running even if you go over a plan limit. - **Attack Radar** All plans Spots waves of reviews, repeated wording and patterns across profiles and platforms. An attack is one incident, outside all limits, and never charged per review. ### Judge - **Policy Engine** All plans Checks a review against the platform’s published rules for your country, names the one ground that may apply and lists the evidence it would need. - **ProofMatch** Portfolio and up Privately compares a review with your own records. A match closes the “no genuine experience” ground. The lawyer deals with you directly. No automatic letters. How the success fee works ## Charged once, for one review, on proof. The fee applies to one URL, once per network, only when our filing was recorded before the review disappeared and the proof is class A or B. You see the price before filing and we store the quote. Every invoice links to its evidence record. A ### The platform answered The platform responded to our filing, by email, appeal outcome or DSA decision, and the review is gone. Charged, after a 14-day check that it is still gone B ### The platform does not report outcomes Some platforms by their nature do not, and the contract names them. We need a capture from before filing, the filing confirmation and the review absent in 3 checks over 14 days, with nothing suggesting another cause. You have 14 days to object. Charged, conditionally C ### It went for another reason Gone before filing, during a rejected report, in a platform-wide purge, or deleted by its author, including after you resolved the complaint. Never charged ### Never counted as a removal - A reply, or a better rating - A review hidden as not recommended - Text redacted with the stars kept - Removal in one country only through a legal route, which has the lawyer’s fixed fee - Anything outside the window: 60 days from the last filing or appeal, or 30 days from the decision of an Article 21 body ### If a review comes back - 14 **First check** We invoice only after this, and only if the review is still gone. - 30 **Second check** A routine check that the review is still gone. - 90 **Back before day 90** Refund, unless a new filing succeeds. Free refiling only if a basis still exists. The same author and text again is the same case, with no new fee. - 210 **Back in days 91–210** Free refiling, no refund. ### Two rules that protect both sides A filing from our package counts as ours, even if you later file separately. Cancelling does not cancel a fee already running inside its window. ### Where we charge no success fee In Germany we charge no success fee. We monitor and organise, and an independent Rechtsanwalt runs the case directly for you at a fixed price, with no commission either way. Japan follows the same route, and so does Austria until we have a legal opinion. What the words mean ## Five definitions **Network** A review platform. **Protected profile** One public listing of one brand or branch on one network. **Brand** One publicly used trading name. **Review event** A newly detected or changed public review on a protected profile. **Case** One review URL on one network. Capacity is a ceiling. It is never a target and never a promised number of removals. Over a limit ## Nothing increases automatically. Monitoring never stops. You pay nothing beyond your subscription. The fee exists only for a review that is verifiably removed after our recorded filing. ### Is annual payment cheaper? Yes, by about 15%. The monthly equivalent is shown in the table. ### Do you use the capacity even if a case has no basis? No. A no-basis verdict uses a human assessment, not a filing. Capacity is a ceiling, and nobody here has a target to use it up. ### What about agencies? Agencies keep each client in a separate workspace. Talk to us about Enterprise, because Google limits indirect access to its systems and we check that for each set-up first.
