About

# A service that can afford to tell you no

Many review services earn money only when something disappears. We think that is the wrong incentive, so the subscription pays for the work, including the honest refusals.

## What we saw in this market

A fake review can hurt a business, and platforms do have rules against them. But the market around those rules is hard to trust. In our research in November 2026 we looked at more than 60 providers. Published prices mostly stop at Google, and we found none that publishes its attempts, removals and reinstatements. That is what our search found, not proof that none exists.

Some providers sell the methods listed on our refusal page. Others send offers straight after a bad review, which is exactly how extortion looks from the other side.

## What we stand for

**A written refusal is a feature.** If there is no basis, the customer gets the reason, the rule and what to do instead.

**Nothing leaves without a person.** Every report, appeal, reply and email goes from draft to review to “Approve and send”.

**True numbers.** Missing data says “not measured”, and rates carry a denominator.

**No invented facts.** No fictional clients, testimonials or statistics. The samples on this site are labelled as samples.

## Who operates ReviShield

Operator details are not published yet. We will not take on customers until the legal entity and address appear here.

### Who works on your case

The analyst and the person who files are named on your case file. We will not show a team page until it describes real people working on real cases.
